These terms describe the limited license for using MEdical Info and the basic conditions that apply when using the app.

License Grant

Andrew Jewell grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MEdical Info for your own personal or household use on devices you control, subject to these terms and any App Store terms that apply.

Permitted Use

  • store and review your own personal medical information
  • help a family member or dependant manage their information with permission
  • use the app for local reminders, summaries, export, and import

Restrictions

  • do not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app except through the App Store
  • do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to store information you do not have permission to handle
  • do not represent the app as a clinical device, regulated medical device, or emergency response service

MEdical Info does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, medication instruction, monitoring, or clinical recommendations. It is an information storage and sharing tool only.

In an emergency, contact local emergency services and follow advice from qualified clinicians.

Ownership

The app, branding, design, and related intellectual property remain the property of Andrew Jewell unless otherwise stated. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to the user.

No Warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrew Jewell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from the use of the app.

Users remain responsible for checking the accuracy of any information they enter and for using the app sensibly alongside normal medical care.
